Damn, that's a big teddy bear!

Oh my gosh! I just saw the commercial for the Vermont "Big Hunka Love" Teddy Bear. Now this thing is up to 6 feet tall and fat. The commercial is really cheesy and the guy in it has the most frightening expression on his face when he and his huge teddy bear hugs the woman in his life.

Usually I'm a fan of cheesy, but seriously. Are there really grown women in this world, who would choose a freakishly humongous teddy bear over chocolates or flowers? Ok, I understand flowers die and chocolates can lead to unwanted weight gain...but what the heck are you going to do with a $99 giant teddy bear after Valentine's Day? The commercial seems to suggest cuddling when your guy is not there, but eww...

Sorry, I could be reading to much into this, but I would be so upset if my husband brought that space waster home! I much prefer a small piece of jewelry or shoes!
