Glory For Disruptive Kids

Why is it that kids that are not anti-social, disruptive or just plain rude get over looked? Disruptive kids get to go to special plays, clubs and outings and are treated with kid gloves, whilst 'normal' children are over looked. There is a special boxing gym, in my area, for disruptive kids to attend. That's right, let's make them stronger and bigger so they can be even more disruptive! Oh no, I forgot.
