Just found out my 6 year old will be getting glasses. Not to thrilled about it being he is so active, and I'm sure he will be breaking many of them.

It shouldn't make any difference at all. Just be sure you make a backup of your blog before you make any changes. (Under the layout Tab, click on Edit HTML. Then, click on "Download a copy....") That way, if something happens, you can just upload that backup and everything will be right again.
