Do any of you have a disclaimer on your reviews or giveaway blogs??

Hi, does anyone put a disclaimer on their blog for giveaways? I'm thinking of doing a giveaway and always wondered what would happen if the company never sent the winner their prize. Would I be liable? I'm trying to think of some kind of wording to put on my blog. Any suggestions?? thanks

I always think things thru and ask myself 'what if'. I'm sure it would never happen being that the company would get bad press for it, but I wonder just in case.

Any advice or suggestions for a disclaimer?

No one here can give advice on how to write a good disclaimer? Yikes... I guess I'll dig thru google some more....

Sorry, I don't have any advice for a disclaimer. I try to only work with reputable companies. The one time (in the last 4+ years) that a prize didn't get to a winner, I just replaced it on my own dime. (I had personally mailed it out, so I felt responsible...)

I have a site wide disclaimer for this, you can get one at www.disclaimer.org I think, if not org, try .net and .com, it's out there somewhere, you merely flll in the questions and it writes the disclaimer for you

I use a simple site wide disclaimer since one of my blogs is really geared toward paid reviews and stuff. :)
